50ml Lavrador Gin
75ml pressed apple juice
25ml elderflower syrup
25ml fresh lime juice
Cucumber slices, for garnish

67.5ml of Lavrador Gin
30ml dry vermouth
3 drops of Angostura orange
1 lemon peel, to decorate
1 olive, to decorate

50ml of Lavrador Gin
120ml tonic water
Garnish: 2 lemon peels or other seasonal decorations of your choice
