Distinction of elaboration: the story of the Lavrador
Our distillery was born from a long-standing passion and family tradition. The idea came about one day during the grape harvest, when a copper still was discovered in the cellar. This was where the brandy was produced, and this discovery sparked our desire to continue the tradition, but with a modern twist.
After 15 years living in England, where we developed a special taste for gin, we decided to create our own gin, produced with pride in Vila de Rei. We use selected methods and botanicals to ensure a high quality product reflecting the essence of Vila de Rei and our roots. Lavrador gin, from the geodesic center of Portugal to the world!
